Our mission is clear: to empower people and make work easier. In our customized work company, we need leaders who are not only skilled in their trade (metal, wood, textiles, etc.) but also in working with people who are distanced from the labor market. For higher positions, we consciously invest in internal growth. That’s why we work with development programs in which employees can learn step by step, take training courses, and are allowed to make mistakes. Coaching is a key pillar in this process.
For several years now, Eva has been our in-house coach. She has guided more than ten colleagues so far — both employees preparing for a leadership role and those who, at some point, felt stuck. Everyone who has worked with Eva is deeply grateful for the insights and progress she brings. She connects easily with her coachees, dares to confront, and addresses even the unspoken. Moreover, she always finds the right language to connect with anyone.
As a management team, we clearly see that her guidance leads to concrete behavioral change, benefiting both the individual employee and our organization as a whole.
We don’t want to advertise too much, to be honest, because we’re very happy with how quickly Eva can start a coaching session whenever we call her — and we’d like to keep that advantage close to home.
