Open Dialogue Training

From Selective Listening to True Understanding

Strong communication forms the backbone of successful teams. Yet in practice, it often proves difficult to truly engage in meaningful conversations. The Open Dialogue training provides employees and leaders with a clear and practical framework to communicate more carefully, consciously and effectively. Expect not superficial tips, but a deep approach that results in constructive collaboration and lasting relationships.

During this program, participants develop the skills to engage in conversations with attention and mutual respect—even in challenging situations. By reflecting on behavioral patterns, interactions and self-awareness, dialogues emerge that connect rather than divide. Open Dialogue is not a technique, but a way of being that fosters workplaces where trust and collaboration are central.

Who is this training intended for?

This Open Dialogue training is ideal for:

Leaders who want to build trust and buy-in with colleagues more quickly. Leaders who want to address conflicts and misunderstandings early. Managers who want to execute projects more smoothly and with greater engagement.

Employees with intensive client contact who want to build strong relationships to foster trust, customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Whether you work in sales, account management or service delivery.

CEOs and executive leaders who want to foster a culture of open dialogue to enhance collaboration, agility and sustainable results. Whether you lead a fast-growing scale-up, a government organisation or a corporate company.

What can you expect?

In the Open Dialogue training, you develop the skills to make tensions, misunderstandings and underlying patterns discussable.

In this experiential training, you learn to listen with genuine curiosity, without judgment or an agenda to convince—because that doesn’t work. You learn to ask powerful questions that make the other person feel heard and create a willingness in them to consider your perspective. Through this form of dialogue, space is created for true connection and collaboration, beyond assumptions and fixed positions.

Throughout the training you actively work with your own cases. Theory and practice alternate, with ample space for reflection, experimentation and integration.

This was the best session so far — thank you!
At first, I was a bit skeptical, but in the end, I learned many important things. This session really makes you confront yourself and your assumptions about others — and about yourself. Everything was very well structured, and you gave us useful tips and tricks for having a constructive conversation. The session was also interactive, but thanks to the trainers (and the fact that it was a smaller group), it never felt uncomfortable.
