What can you expect?

Our 360° Feedback Tool goes far beyond a traditional evaluation instrument. Because the tool is fully customized, we focus together on the competencies and attitudes you want to prioritize. These are translated into clear behavioral indicators, making feedback tangible and actionable. This way, you can see not only where you are today but also where you want to go. The result is a clear overview of your competencies, attitudes, development opportunities, and the themes that matter most to you.

You receive a complete and nuanced view of your performance—not just from your own perspective, but also through the eyes of the stakeholders you choose: colleagues, managers, team members, or even clients. You decide who provides (anonymous) feedback. A few months later, you can conduct a new assessment to see the progress you’ve made and identify areas for further development.

Ideally, individual coaching is also provided, giving you the support needed to make the desired shift.

Part 1: Intake Conversation

  • Together, we determine which competencies and attitudes you want to receive feedback on.
  • You choose your desired competency level.
  • We identify and decide which of your stakeholders will complete the tool.
  • We support you in courageously taking on this challenge and later receiving the feedback constructively.

Part 2: Completing the 360° Tool

  • ou receive a login and password for the people you invite to complete the tool.
  • You also complete the tool yourself, so you can compare how you see yourself with how others see you.
  • Everyone indicates how far or close you are to the desired outcome.
  • A balanced mix of appreciative and development-focused feedback helps you grow in a targeted way.

Part 3: Reflection Conversation

  • You receive a detailed report with insights into your competencies, attitude, and communication style. The reasoning behind the scores provides important insights.
  • In a safe and trusting environment, we discuss how this affects you, what it might trigger, and how you can now work with it constructively and confidently.
  • If it was previously agreed that the feedback is not anonymous, you can now engage with your colleagues out of curiosity about their perceptions.
  • We create an action plan and discuss the steps needed to progress toward your desired competency level.

Part 4: Follow-Up Assessment to Measure Progress

  • A few months after the initial assessment, the 360° tool is used again.
  • You receive a new detailed report with insights into your competencies, attitude and communication style, from which a new action plan is developed.

Magaly is valued for her ability to make the unspoken discussable and actionable, resulting in deep and lasting change. She has built a team of strong coaches and trainers who embody the DNA of Coaching The Shift. Together, they contribute every day to shifting clients from an ‘I’ to a ‘We’ mindset across diverse sectors.

Christine Esteingeldoir

Christine supports organisations in improving performance and strengthening relationships within teams. She works as a coach, trainer and facilitator in the fields of leadership and team development. Her approach is rooted in self-awareness and reflection. Christine is an accredited ICF trainer (Level 1 & 2) and works with tools such as Insights Discovery and the Enneagram. She is also a supervisor and peer group facilitator in the training of ICF-certified coaches. She guides teams on themes such as trust, communication and change, and empowers leaders to motivate others and achieve results. Her style is structured, creative and impactful.

Johan Van Eeckhout

Johan guides leaders through the leap of a lifetime. As a sparring partner and “parachutist,” he helps them strengthen their leadership with a fresh perspective and new approaches. Together, they thoroughly prepare for the jump so they land as conscious, decisive leaders with lasting impact. In contexts such as growth, conflict, change or mergers, he works with leaders and teams to build resilience, clarity and connection. Driven by her deep belief in a new leadership paradigm, Dorothée joined Coaching The Shift. She has grown into an inspirer, co-leader, and sounding board for Magaly. Dorothée is highly valued for her holistic perspective, rich life experience and expertise as a trainer and coach. She approaches leadership through the connection between body and mind, believing that authentic leadership begins with self-awareness. Marijke Van Moldergem

Marijke is a Master Certified Coach with over 4,000 coaching hours, guiding leaders at all levels with a gentle yet decisive approach focused on awareness, resilience, and sustainable change. Specialising in change and leadership themes, she believes every change is an opportunity to grow. She brings theory to life with practical examples and fosters self-awareness, leading to lasting behavioural change. With over 20 years of corporate experience, including 10 years as HRD Manager at TNT Express and a rich training portfolio, she quickly understands the challenges leaders and their organisations face.

Eva Declercq

Eva is fascinated by the interaction between people, tasks, and the (work) environment. She focuses on collaboration, team dynamics, (personal) leadership, motivation, perfectionism, stress and burnout. With a background in psychology and marketing, and years of experience as a manager in the recruitment and staffing sector, she connects effortlessly with a wide range of teams and organisations. As a coach, she is non-judgemental and respectful, yet unafraid to mirror and challenge. As a team coach, she quickly senses group dynamics and identifies what is needed for growth. With humour and energy, she encourages participants to step out of their comfort zones and explore new paths.
