At Coaching The Shift, you work with seasoned trainers who are not only ICF-certified (PCC or MCC level) but also masters at quickly building trust with groups and individuals. Because our trainers are experienced coaches, they work not only on behavior or competency levels but also on underlying values and beliefs. This way participants learn how to strengthen trust—both in themselves and within their teams, as well as in collaboration with clients and partners.

Charlotte De Reaymaeker, klant van Coaching The Shift

This was the best session so far — thank you!
At first, I was a bit skeptical, but in the end, I learned many important things. This session really makes you confront yourself and your assumptions about others — and about yourself. Everything was very well structured, and you gave us useful tips and tricks for having a constructive conversation. The session was also interactive, but thanks to the trainers (and the fact that it was a smaller group), it never felt uncomfortable.

I found it very instructive to gain more insight into the different communication styles and how you can adapt your approach to your conversation partner. The distinction between the “learner” and “judger” mindset was also very enlightening.
