Do you want to become a coach and guide people in their personal and work-related growth? Then follow our accredited coach training, fully certified by ICF (International Coaching Federation). With the Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP) we prepare you to become a professional coach, in just one year.
This in-depth coaching program provides you with all tools, insights and practical experience to develop yourself into a certified coach – both in business contexts and beyond.

Our recognised and accredited coach training consists of 18 days of live training, 4 half-day supervision sessions, 4 individual coaching sessions, practice sessions in between and 1 certification day. The program is divided into two modules, which can ideally be booked as a complete program but are also available individually:
1. Performance Coaching – ICF Level I
- Focus on behavior and competencies
- Guide coachees toward visible results
- Certifiable as ACC (Associate Certified Coach) with 100 hours of coaching experience
2. Breakthrough Coaching – ICF Level II
- Work on deeper levels: beliefs, values, and identity
- Create lasting transformations
- Certifiable as PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with 500 hours of coaching experience
Program Level 1: Performance Coaching
Block 1
After this block, you will have all the basic elements needed to conduct coaching conversations. You will develop a professional foundational mindset and establish the essential agreements to start an impactful coaching journey. In addition, you will have mastered the structure of a successful coaching conversation.
Day 1: The Coaching Framework in a Business Context
- Analysis of personal coaching recordings
- Coaching according to the International Coach Federation (ICF)
- The role and competencies of the individual coach
- The benefits of working with an external versus internal coach
- The importance of setting a framework within coaching
Day 2: Being Fully Present – The Secret of Successful Coaching
- The quality of “being”
- The interplay of intention, attention, alertness, and receptivity
- Activating your (self-)observer
- Staying out of judgment
- Using yourself as a tool
Day 3: ‘SHIFT!’ – Structuring the Coaching Conversation
- Mapping the desired “shift”
- Visualizing what wants to unfold
- SHIFT! – a model to stimulate development

- Anticipating success and taking ownership of one’s own growth process
Block 2
After this block, you will have developed the core skills of a coach. These competencies include active listening and asking powerful questions. You will practice these skills in a concrete context, such as conducting intake conversations, enabling you to start coaching engagements with confidence.
Day 4: The Art of ‘Deep’ Listening
- Different dimensions of listening
- The impact of listening on the trust relationship
- Managing noise in yourself and in the coachee
- Hearing the essence and reflecting it back
- Experiencing the power of silence
Day 5: Powerful Questioning
- Questions that expand awareness
- Bringing hidden information to the surface
- Powerful questions throughout the different phases of the coaching conversation

Day 6: The Intake Process in Coaching
- Clarifying short- and long-term objectives
- Creating shared responsibility for the desired shift

Block 3
After this block, you will be able to guide a coaching journey from A to Z, focusing on behavior and competencies. By being fully present, you will pick up on the themes that truly matter and support the coachee on their path to success. You will challenge the coachee in a respectful and powerful way while setting healthy boundaries. Using the structure we provide, you will be able to coach across all competencies.

- The emergence of boundaries

Day 8: Confronting in Coaching
- Definitions and techniques for confronting
- Reframing in all its forms

Day 9: Result-Oriented Coaching
- Translating insights into concrete goals
- The levels of change
- Coaching at the competency level using various techniques

Level 1 Certification
- Knowledge and understanding are tested through a written exam.
- Competencies are continuously evaluated throughout Module 1.
- After the second supervision session, you receive an official score on paper based on the 8 ICF competencies.
- If there are any gaps, you will receive targeted guidance to address them, allowing you to smoothly progress to Module 2, Breakthrough Coaching.
Programma Level 2: Breakthrough coaching
Block 4
After this block, as a coach, you will gain insight into the deeper dynamics at play in human thinking, feeling, and behavior. You will understand how our thoughts influence what we do, or don’t do. You will be able to identify clusters of beliefs, refine them, and explore their impact on current functioning.
Day 10: Learning to Recognize Unconscious Thought Patterns
- Metaprograms: unconscious filters through which we view the world
- Types of metaprograms
- Mapping your own metaprograms
- The impact of your personal programs
- Examining clusters of programs (perfectionism and procrastination)
Day 11: Coaching at the Level of Beliefs – Recognizing Beliefs
- Distinguishing assumptions from beliefs
- Detecting and recognizing beliefs
- Beliefs at different logical levels
- Process management to learn how to mirror beliefs
Day 12: Coaching at the Level of Beliefs – Challenging Beliefs
- The science behind the natural evolution of beliefs
- Asking powerful questions to create awareness
- Various methods to challenge limiting beliefs

Block 5
In this block, you become aware of your own values and beliefs and how they influence the coaching conversation. You will be able to shift limiting beliefs into empowering ones and inspire the coachee to have new experiences so that these empowering beliefs are anchored in the body.
Day 13: Values-Based Coaching
- Connecting criteria, values and beliefs
- Creating values ladders
- Reframing values
- My values as a coach and their effect on my coaching conversations
- Core values and universal values, and how to leverage them in coaching
Day 14: Coaching at the Level of Beliefs – Building Empowering Beliefs
- Deepening the structure of empowering beliefs
- Process management when coaching at the level of beliefs
- Utilizing meta-communication
- Insights into your own beliefs as a coach and the mechanisms of (counter)transference
Day 15: Coaching at the Level of Beliefs – Anchoring
- Empowering the coachee in their values and beliefs
- Anticipating success by reinforcing underlying core beliefs
- Anchoring new beliefs in the body (body-mind connection)

Block 6
In this block, you will discover how emotions arise and what they reveal about your core values. You will learn to coach at the level of identity. You will also present how this journey has impacted you as a person and how you will sustain your personal growth process.
Day 16: Managing Your Own and Others’ Emotions
- Exploring basic emotions and their signaling function
- Welcoming, regulating, and questioning emotions
- Nonviolent communication about our emotions
- The drama triangle
- Emotions in change processes
Day 17: Coaching at the Level of Identity – Self-Image
- Self-concepts and the invitation to see the person as a whole
- Exploring core beliefs connected to our self-concepts and top values

- Reflections on your own learning process and your identity as a coach
Day 18: Self-Reflection as a Coach
- Participant presentations
- My growth process as a coach
- Exercises for personal empowerment
- Methods to sustain the learning process
Block 7
This block is the final module of the ICF-accredited program for becoming a Level 2 (PCC) certified coach. Each coach shares the key insights and shifts in thinking, doing, and feeling that have emerged throughout the program. Every coach completes a certification exercise and is assessed according to ICF criteria.
Day 19: Certification Day
- Knowledge and understanding are tested through a written exam.
- Competencies are continuously evaluated throughout the program.
- After the final training day, an official oral exam takes place, in which you conduct a 30-minute coaching conversation with a new coachee.
- Afterwards, you write a reflection report and receive an official score on paper based on the 8 ICF competencies.
- If you do not pass, you can retake the assessment by submitting a new recorded coaching conversation. This will be re-evaluated based on the ICF competencies. A fee of €350 applies for scoring the new coaching conversation and providing personal feedback. There is no limit to the number of retakes.
What does this training include?
Level 1: Performance Coaching
- Training hours: 72 hours (9 live training days), including observation moments with personal feedback from the trainer
- Interim reflection assignments: approximately 20 hours
- Supervision: two virtual group sessions of three hours per person, assessed by a PCC or MCC coach on a coaching conversation to provide a clear picture of your current standing relative to ICF quality standards
- Coach the Coach: 2 individual sessions of 1.5 hours per person, coached by an MCC coach on your growth points within the framework of this training; sessions can be virtual or at the coach’s location
- Written assessment: 5 hours
- Access to the professional digital learning platform with in-depth resource materials
- Total Level 1 package: 106 hours of guidance, equivalent to more than 15 days of training
Level 2: Breakthrough Coaching
- Training hours: 72 hours (9 live training days), including observation moments with personal feedback from the trainer
- Interim reflection assignments: approximately 20 hours
- Supervision: two virtual group sessions of three hours per person, assessed by a PCC or MCC coach on a coaching conversation to provide a clear picture of your current standing relative to ICF quality standards
- Coach the Coach: 2 individual sessions of 1.5 hours per person, coached by an MCC coach on your growth points within the framework of this training; sessions can be virtual or at the coach’s location
- Written assessment: 5 hours
- Certification moment: 30-minute coaching session with a client, assessed on ICF competencies, followed by written feedback; full-day virtual attendance required (7 hours)
- Reflective assignment after the assessment: 2 hours
- Access to the professional digital learning platform with in-depth resource materials
- Total Level 2 package: 115 hours of guidance, equivalent to more than 16 days of training
Level 1 + 2: 106h + 115h = 221 hours, which equals more than 31 days of training.
