Clients' Testimony

Caroline Gentier, klant van Coaching The Shift

I started this program with the ambition to become a certified professional coach and to build a solid foundation for my further development. What I didn’t expect was how profound and transformative this journey would be — both professionally and personally.

One of my biggest insights came when I realized that my ability to “listen well” sometimes drifted toward merging with the other person. The concepts of the “mush” and the “wall” truly opened my eyes and helped me find a healthy balance in my conversations. They were real game changers in my development as a coach.

The supervisions, one-on...

For me, the journey began with a special experience on the very first day. While listening to my first recording, I received positive feedback that immediately made me realize I didn’t have to start from scratch. I became aware of what was already there and how I could build on it. That gave me confidence and made the start both softer and more powerful at the same time.

This program has enriched me in so many ways. It has given me not only tools and techniques but also a new level of confidence and awareness. For anyone who wants to grow — both as a coach and as a person — this program is an...

My three absolute highlights during this program were:

  • Seeing the connections between behavior, beliefs, values, and identity.
It was fascinating to discover how these elements influence one another — and how this awareness enables you to make more conscious choices.
  • Discovering the power of visualization.
I experienced for myself how powerful visualization can be in achieving goals and feeling confident in challenging situations. It was a real eye-opener that I now apply every day.
  • Learning to see emotions as signals.
I’ve learned not to view emotions as “difficult” or “negative,” but as important...

As a digital consultant, I work every day with data, strategies, and processes. Yet, I felt something was missing in my work — something that went beyond numbers and analysis: the art of truly connecting with people and supporting them in their growth. That’s why I decided to follow this program, and it has far exceeded my expectations.

What moved me most was the way Dorothée and Magaly showed up within the group. Their combination of professionalism, vulnerability, and authenticity was truly inspiring. They shared not only their expertise but also personal stories that made the training...
