This program was incredibly enriching in terms of content. I learned so much from the practical examples and am deeply grateful for the trainers’ willingness to share their personal stories and experiences. The supervision sessions were also a major source of insight and growth for me.
What truly moved me was the authenticity of the group and the mutual trust that developed. It created a safe environment where everyone could be themselves and fully engage in learning. The handouts were very useful, and the additional links and YouTube videos provided great depth. The mix of theory, group exercises, individual assignments, and even walking coaching made for a dynamic and inspiring learning process.
This journey has enriched me enormously — not only professionally, but also personally.
