Team Coaching Programs
Together towards higher performance

Team Coaching Programs at Coaching The Shift help teams collaborate more effectively, understand underlying dynamics and achieve their set goals, whether or not working directly with stakeholders. We support teams in growing their focus, innovation, resilience, connection and performance.

Who are Team Coaching Programs intended for?

Team Coaching Programs are ideal for:

Leaders and project managers who want to explore with their team what makes them successful, how they can grow further together and who are willing to experiment with new behaviors to strengthen their performance.

CEOs and HR professionals who see trust as the foundation for success, who believe that constructive conflicts lead to better decisions and greater commitment. Those who want to create an open culture of accountability and strengthen ownership.

Organisations that want to break through silo thinking, collaborate across departments and functions and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders, even across organisational boundaries.

Why Choose Team Coaching Programs?

Many teams aspire to collaborate more effectively, respond more quickly to changes, and achieve better results together—but along the way, they notice that innovation stalls, collaboration becomes strained, or patterns emerge that slow down growth. Team Coaching Programs help transform these obstacles into opportunities. They strengthen collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, increase creativity and problem-solving capacity, and foster a culture of openness and trust. This creates the shift toward a cohesive and agile team that makes a real difference together.t.

What is a Team Coaching Program?

Team Coaching Programs are a powerful catalyst that helps teams excel and organisations thrive. They go beyond solving challenges or improving processes: they are an awareness process in which teams discover and unlock their full potential.

We believe that real transformation starts with awareness. That’s why we create a safe environment built on openness, trust, and respect, where everything can be discussed. By uncovering hidden patterns and dynamics, we make it possible for teams to address sensitive issues in a constructive way.

This safe space enables deep conversations and sustainable change. Teams reflect honestly, turn tensions into opportunities, and strengthen collaboration, relationships, and performance. What becomes discussable, becomes workable – and that is the key to lasting impact.

Every team is a living ecosystem. We don’t see a team as just a group of individuals, but as a dynamic, self-learning whole. Our approach goes beyond treating symptoms, working on deeper levels where necessary.

By applying Team Coaching Programs not only to solve problems but also proactively, organisations make a strategic investment in team development. It prevents issues, builds resilience and helps teams not only respond to challenges but also seize opportunities and consistently excel in a fast-changing world.

Our Guiding Principles

  • Systemic Awareness: Teams do not operate in isolation. We consider the broader context, including organizational culture and external stakeholders and guide teams in strengthening their relationships and expanding their influence.
  • No Scapegoats: We assume that everyone—consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally—contributes to the current reality of the team, including both its strengths and challenges. This principle provides a safe, non-judgmental space where the team can take shared responsibility for change and growth. Team coaching is not about blame but about awareness and ownership.
  • Co-Creation and Autonomy: Team coaching is not a top-down process. It is a collaboration in which teams actively take ownership of their goals, learning process and transformation.
  • Collective Intelligence: We encourage teams to arrive at insights and solutions that go beyond the sum of individual contributions. Diversity of perspectives and collaboration are consciously leveraged as strengths.
  • Focus on People and System: In addition to achieving tangible results, the human aspect is emphasized. Psychological safety, trust and shared values form the foundation for sustainable success.
  • Future-Oriented Mindset: Team coaching focuses not only on the present but also on developing resilience, innovation and strategic adaptability.
  • A Team Coaching Program is not an endpoint but a continuous process of growth and development, where teams learn to thrive amid complexity and change. It is an investment in a strong foundation for organizations that aim to excel in a constantly evolving world.

  • Analysis of intake conversations and design of the Team Coaching Program
  • Feedback session with the client summarizing key insights from the intake conversations
  • Team Coaching Session 1
  • Individual Coaching Session 1 for all team members (if relevant)
  • Feedback session with the client to review progress and refine the approach
  • Team Coaching Session 2
  • Individual Coaching Session 2 for all team members (if relevant)
  • Feedback session with the client to review progress and refine the approach

These Team Coaches are ready to work with you

At Coaching The Shift, you work with seasoned trainers who are not only ICF-certified (PCC or MCC level) but also masters at quickly building trust with groups and individuals. They provide participants with substantive knowledge while also demonstrating, indirectly, how to create trust in any collaboration. Because our trainers are also experienced coaches, they work not only on behavioral or competency levels but also on underlying values and beliefs. This way, participants learn how to strengthen trust—not only in themselves but also within their team and in collaboration with clients and partners.
