I needed a new challenge — I had grown tired of my job. The career coaching program with my coach resulted in a concrete career change. I highly recommend career coaching with Sterk op je Werk to anyone who feels stuck in their role or is looking for renewed motivation and new opportunities.
My coach took a very personal approach — no ready-made templates, just truly customized guidance tailored to my situation.
