2022 was a challenging year for KUKA Automation + Robots NV.
The carve-out, in which a department of 17 employees was taken over by another company, had a significant impact on the work atmosphere within KUKA.
Through several coaching sessions with our employees, Silvia from Next Level Coaching managed to shift the mindset from uncertainty to confidence in the future.
By asking targeted questions, she created awareness of each person’s individual contribution and provided insight into how everyone can help build a positive working environment.
