When Magaly first visited us to present the team coaching proposal, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well she had captured our expectations, despite the brief introduction she had received beforehand. The first team coaching day inspired each of us, and we looked forward to the next sessions with great enthusiasm. The interim individual coaching conversations were also very well received by all team members, even by those who had initially questioned their added value. As the team’s manager, I can clearly see positive behavioral changes — although it’s clear that we’ll need to keep our focus to continue sustaining this shift.
