Delegating with a Coaching Approach
Strengthen your Leadership Style, unleash talent
Many leaders experience that delegating often means letting go with stress: tasks are not completed on time or to the required standard, forcing them to step in at the last minute. This drains energy, leads to frustration, and limits the growth of their team.
During the Delegating with a Coaching Approach training, you learn to hand over tasks without losing control. You discover how to foster ownership, autonomy, and engagement among team members. You gain insight into the conditions for successful delegation and learn to recognise and avoid the biggest pitfalls. You practice building trust and ensuring quality through the right questions and conversations. The result: more time for yourself, stronger team members, and a sustainable foundation for collective growth within the organisation.
Who is this approach intended for?
Delegating with a Coaching Approach is aimed at:
What can you expect?
During this training you learn to communicate clearly about goals, roles and expectations, while building trust without slipping into micromanagement. You strengthen your coaching skills and develop a climate of psychological safety where concerns and questions are shared in a timely manner. Through realistic cases, self-reflection and role-playing you gain insight into your delegation style and how it is perceived by others. You apply what you learn directly in your team and refine your approach step by step.
Throughout the training, you actively work with your own cases. Theory and practice alternate with ample space for reflection, experimentation and integration.

They provide participants with substantive knowledge while also demonstrating, indirectly, how to create openness in any collaboration. Because our trainers are also experienced coaches, they work not only on behavioral or competency levels but also on underlying values and beliefs. This way, participants learn how to engage in constructive, open dialogue and elevate collaboration to a higher level.
