What can you do with this certificate?
The 8-day 'Masterclass Team Coaching' has received the important CCE recognition by the International Coach Federation (ICF)! This recognition means a lot to us because with Coaching The Shift we strive for a high level of professionalism in a world where coaching has become a lot of 'hype'. What can you do with the CCE label?
Are you a coach with an ACC, PCC or MCC coaching certificate already? Then you know that you must submit a file every three years for renewal. This training is recognized by ICF and approved for the total of 56.05 CCE units. While you only need 40 CCE units for your renewal.

Whether you are a business coach or team leader, this program offers you a wealth of insights and practical tips, tools and methods to build high-performing teams that make their business excel. This 8-day training course consists of 7 training days, supplemented with 2 intervisions of half a day and 2 individual coach-the-coach sessions focused on both 'mindset' and 'behaviour'.

It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.
Our coaches are all trained up to the level of triple-loop coaching. This means that they can coach on the level of behaviour & skills, values & beliefs, as well as on the level of identity & mission. They are also qualified to work with personality profiles, such as Insights Discovery and Enneagram. Other measuring instruments may also be used during the coaching. Examples are: Thomas/Kilman conflict styles, Lencioni questionnaires, NLP Meta-profile analysis, 360° questionnaire, Assertiveness test, Situational Leadership, Ofman Core Quadrants, Stress and Burn-out questions, etc.
Our coaches are all accredited as Insights Practitioners, Master of Practitioner NLP, and are all recognized by the International Coaching Federation as experts in their field with the label PCC or MCC. If you want to know more, check the coaches’ individual curricula.
